Thermography, also known as thermal imaging, is a powerful and non-invasive method used for monitoring and diagnosing the condition of buildings, electrical equipment, machinery, and other systems. Thermography is a diagnostic technique through which we investigate and precisely target the necessary intervention for the system under examination. The main advantage of thermographic inspection is the accurate identification of the problem's source in buildings without the need for any intervention in the structural elements (no digging into walls, breaking tiles, etc.). It is conducted using an infrared radiation thermal camera, which detects the radiation emitted by the examined object and produces a thermal image. This thermal image is called a "thermogram" and represents the thermal signature of the object. The intensity of the radiation depends on the surface temperature and the characteristics of the object. After capturing the thermograms, they are processed using the appropriate software, followed by drawing conclusions (Thermographic report).
